It’s important to us that your treatments meet your expectations.

We want you to feel comfortable and at ease with us, enjoying every moment.
To make your visit as pleasant as possible, please follow the good visiting practices.

BOOKING TREATMENTS

  • We kindly ask you to book your treatments well in advance, preferably at the same time as booking your accommodation. We recommend you book your treatments by e-mail spa@wagenkull.ee or by calling +372-5981-2455.
  • If you would like to have your treatment carried out by a particular specialist, please make sure to let us know when booking.
  • We choose the intensity and intensity of the massage according to your wishes and the indications of the region. Please let us know your preferences when booking, allowing the masseur to take them into account.

CANCELLING AND CHANGING YOUR TREATMENT BOOKINGS

  • If you are unable to come to a booked treatment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail spa@wagenkull.ee or by phone +372-5981-2455. Advance payments for treatments are non-refundable.
  • If you fail to appear or cancel, 50% of the price is subject to payment.
  • If necessary, you can modify your booking according to availability.

ARRIVING FOR TREATMENT

  • We await your arrival at the spa 5–10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, so you can relax and get ready for the upcoming experience.
  • If you arrive late for your treatment, it will be shorter by the amount of time you were late.
  • Even if you arrive late, the treatment must be paid for in the full amount.
  • During the treatment, we take your comfort and privacy into account. The administrators at the spa are ready to answer any questions you may have regarding recommended clothing during the treatment.
  • If necessary, all the towels, bathrobes and slippers needed for your visit are available on site.
  • The spa attendant will always tell you before the treatment what products he or she will be using and what the effects of the given treatment will be.

SPA ETIQUETE

The atmosphere in the spa is calm and relaxing, so please speak in a quiet tone of voice and, if possible, switch off your mobile phone.

STATE OF HEALTH

Before starting a treatment, be sure to inform the spa attendant of any health problems (e.g. chronic illnesses, allergies, injuries) or medical conditions (e.g. pregnancy, breastfeeding) that may affect the choice of treatments. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers are also welcome. Consult a spa attendant beforehand to find out which treatments are most suitable during this special time.

SPA IN YOUR HOME

Most of the products used in spa treatments are available for sale at the spa reception desk, so that the pampering spa experiences can be continued at home.
