Winter days at Wagenküll
To ensure that your team event at Wagenküll starts and ends just as comfortably as it proceeds, we recommend using our trusted partner Hansabuss for transport, who will provide a smooth and pleasant journey. You choose a suitable time – we take care of everything else: an inspiring environment, taste experiences and relaxing moments in the spa await you at Wagenküll.
Team winter day includes
- Accommodation in double rooms in Wagenküll Castle or Park House – cosy and peaceful sleep in a historical setting
- Delicious buffet no. 1 for dinner
- Unlimited visit to the spa and sauna centre – relaxation in a luxurious environment
- Visit to the Winter Park – for bookings with arrival between 28.11.2025–28.02.2026.
You will be brought to Wagenküll by our trusted partner Hansabuss AS, who ensures a comfortable round trip. You can choose between three different departure locations: Tallinn, Tartu and Viljandi. Bus sizes are available for up to 19, 32 or 49 participants. Hansabuss recommends departure at 12:00 from in front of your company building and return from Wagenküll at the latest at 12:30.

Booking
Cancellation and amendment terms
To confirm a booking, it must be finalised at least 14 days before arrival. A prepayment invoice will be issued as confirmation, and payment of this invoice is considered the final confirmation of the booking.
Services are invoiced separately:
- Hansabuss AS invoices the client directly for the transport service and is responsible for the entire organisation of the journey.
- Wagenküll Castle Spa invoices for accommodation, catering, spa services and other additional services.
In case of cancellation or changes, please contact us as early as possible so that we can find the best solution. Later cancellations may result in partial or full loss of the prepayment, depending on the time of cancellation and the agreed terms.
