Rita Ray Concert – Dinner with Joyce Head Chef Janis Dancis
The enchanting Rita Ray will bring a soul-soothing acoustic concert to the Crystal Hall on 22 January 2026, performing her well-known and beloved songs.
Rita Ray offers a blend of soul, jazz and pop; her powerful, emotional voice and charismatic stage presence have earned her widespread acclaim.
The evening is elevated by a 4-course menu by Joyce’s head chef, Janis Dancis – his dedication and that of his team have made Joyce one of Estonia’s most acclaimed restaurants and a highlight in the Michelin Guide.

- Trout – tomato chutney, fennel, whey
- Duck – brioche, quince, pak choi
- Smoked pork – wild mushrooms, fermented chilli, porcini demi
