Merike, an energetic and sparkling “Estonian star”, and Maurizio, an original “Italian stallion”, bring to the stage a unique blend of two worlds – straight from (South) Estonia and Italy (Rome).
In the performance their native languages are intertwined, timeless Estonian and Italian hits are performed, and stories are told about both countries’ traditions, funny similarities and unbelievable differences. How is it possible that Merike, a musician and super-organiser, is sometimes “more Italian” than Estonian? How can Maurizio sing “Volare” and at the same time understand the deep and mysterious Estonian soul?
