A Fairytale World of Lights
In winter, Taagepera Castle transforms once again into a magical world of lights.
Wagenküll’s Winter Wonderland offers thousands of lights, laser shows, light installations, and sculptures that create an enchanting mood throughout the castle park. At the center of the park lies a planetary world featuring the Sun, Earth, and Moon.
New additions include a deer park inhabited by real Romanian red deer with graceful, majestic antlers, and a shimmering light display on the castle roof.
The “Hill of a Thousand Lights” and glowing animals along the park alleys turn every step into an experience.
This is a place where light and nature come together to create an unforgettable winter experience – right here at Taagepera Castle.

Day Package at the Winter Wonderland
We invite you to an unforgettable day at the Wagenküll Winter Wonderland – a place where time slows down and your soul can truly rest.
In cooperation with Lux Charter, we offer a comfortable and safe way to spend a special day with us, without having to drive yourself. In the morning, a bus departs from Tallinn or Riga and takes you straight to the heart of the winter fairytale – Wagenküll.
Wagenküll Winter Wonderland – a park that never sleeps!
Welcome to a true land of wonders – Wagenküll Winter Wonderland. Spanning ten hectares, the castle park offers magical experiences and sparkling surprises for guests of all ages.
The journey begins at the illuminated “Columns of Olympus,” guiding visitors into a fairytale world of light. In the park, you’ll find a giant Solar System with planets, the Moon, and Earth. Visitors can admire glowing alleys, luminous sculptures, and dazzling installations. At the heart of the park shines the majestic “Mountain of a Thousand Lights,” surrounded by 10,000 glowing crimson roses. On the castle roof, enjoy a spectacular light show – an Al-created film and a concert of music legends. The wonderland also features live animals – majestic Romanian red deer with enormous antlers. The park culminates in a magical laser show celebrating the triumph of light over darkness. Unforgettable experiences await!
