Hotel Gym Rules
The gym is open 24/7
1. General Conditions
- The gym is intended for hotel guests.
- Use of the gym is at your own risk.
- Guests under 16 may train only under adult supervision.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
2. Hygiene and Clothing
- Clean indoor shoes must be worn in the gym – outdoor footwear is not allowed.
- Appropriate sports clothing must be worn.
- Use a towel when sitting or lying on benches or mats.
- Please clean the equipment after use with the provided disinfectant.
3. Conduct and Good Practices
- Keep the gym tidy and return equipment to its designated place after use.
- When the gym is busy, please share equipment politely and limit time on popular machines (e.g., 20 minutes).
- Listen to music only with headphones at a volume that does not disturb others.
- The following are prohibited in the gym:
- Throwing or dropping heavy equipment,
- Aggressive or disturbing behavior,
- Being under the influence of alcohol,
- Eating food in the workout area (only water or sports drinks in closed bottles are allowed).
4. Equipment Use
- Familiarize yourself with the equipment instructions before training.
- Report any malfunctions or dangerous situations to hotel staff immediately.
- Do not use equipment that seems unsafe or faulty.
- Avoid dropping dumbbells on the floor.
5. Safety Requirements
- Train according to your physical abilities.
- We recommend warming up before performing heavier exercises.
- If you feel unwell, stop exercising and inform staff or seek help if necessary.
- In case of fire or evacuation, leave the room following staff instructions.
6. Gym Maintenance
- Leave the room in the condition you would like to find it.
- Do not remove equipment from the gym.
- Please respect other guests and keep a calm and friendly atmosphere.
