General Booking Conditions

- Booking
– A booking confirmation containing the number of guests, services and pricing information will be sent to the customer’s email address. - Arrival and Departure
– Check‑in starts at 15:00, check‑out on the day of departure is until 12:00.
– Early arrival and late departure are possible only upon agreement with the hotel and according to the valid price list. - Group Bookings
– Bookings including 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings.
– For group bookings, the accommodation list must be provided no later than 4 working days before arrival (first and last names of guests, room category, additional service bookings, etc.).
Amendment and Cancellation Conditions for Bookings up to 5 Rooms
- A booking can be cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no‑show, the hotel has the right to charge compensation equal to the cost of the first night. Special offers and campaign bookings are subject to their own conditions.
- The hotel will hold the room until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If the guest has not cancelled the booking or informed the hotel about a later arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking without contacting the guest.
Amendment and Cancellation Conditions for Bookings of 6 or More Rooms
– For group bookings, changes of up to 10% of the confirmed order are allowed up to 4 working days before arrival.
– For changes exceeding 10%, the hotel has the right to charge compensation based on the unused services:

The hotel may apply stricter booking and cancellation conditions during high‑demand periods, for large reservations starting from 31 rooms, or for special offers. In such cases, the hotel will confirm conditions separately by email.
