Massages

Let hands restore your body’s rhythm – our massages combine classic techniques, relaxing touches, and an individually tailored pace to release tension and bring lightness.

Every touch is directed toward well-being: down to the muscles, through circulation and muscle work – all to bring inner joy and a deep, steady calm.

Classic massage techniques include stroking, rubbing of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, kneading of muscles, vibration, and various light percussive techniques.
Classic massage primarily activates blood and lymph circulation, stimulates metabolism, and reduces headaches and muscle pain. This kind of massage works equally well for mental and physical overexertion — classic massage techniques restore energy and correct muscle tone.

As a result of the massage, the body’s resistance to illness increases; kneading also removes toxins from the body and speeds up metabolism. The effect is either relaxing or toning, depending on the techniques used.

The strength and intensity of the treatment are adjusted according to the client’s wishes and the indications of the area. Please inform us of your preferences when booking so the therapist can take them into account.

A classic massage performed simultaneously for two guests on side-by-side massage tables. The treatment is perfect for couples, friends, mothers and daughters, and good friends to enjoy.

NB! Dual massage is offered only on Fridays and Saturdays.

A relaxing head massage that combines the refreshing effect of natural rosemary with the deeply nourishing properties of castor oil. The massage improves blood circulation, relieves tension, and supports hair strengthening and vitality restoration.
An aromatic and calming treatment that brings clarity to the mind and lightness to the body.

In the first stage of the treatment, dead skin cells are removed with a scrub containing papaya enzymes. This is followed by a facial massage that effectively stimulates the skin’s mechanisms. Blood circulation improves, the skin is enriched with oxygen, and thus the skin’s radiance is restored. Unique muscle-firming massage techniques shape the facial oval and lift the contours. To finish, a firming face cream is applied.

After the treatment, the skin is noticeably more supple and radiant, the facial oval is sculpted, and the appearance is more youthful.

After the treatment, it is not recommended to visit a spa or sauna for at least 3 hours.

The back and neck massage is an effective treatment based on classical massage techniques, focusing on the areas where tension most commonly accumulates. During the treatment, the back, shoulders, neck, and head are massaged, providing effective relief for both sedentary work and strain caused by static postures. Depending on personal preference or need, you can choose between a relaxing or therapeutic massage to ensure results that best suit your body.

Foot and leg massage is a relaxing treatment focused on relieving tension in the feet, calves, and thighs. The massage improves blood circulation, reduces muscle fatigue, and restores lightness to the lower body. This treatment is especially suitable for those who spend a lot of time on their feet, are physically active, or experience a feeling of heaviness in the lower body.

The Ritual of Seven Lights is a deeply balancing chakra massage that harmonizes the energy centers. The ritual combines a flowing full‑body massage, the therapeutic power of warm herbal compresses, and the healing effect of carefully selected crystals. It is an experience that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional massage, encompassing scent, sound, and touch therapy in a holistic way.

The treatment begins with a warm peat wrap applied to the desired area (back, legs). The peat wrap improves metabolism and circulation and provides an overall sense of well-being. This is followed by cupping massage (vacuum massage), in which silicone cups of different sizes are used in combination with manual massage. Cupping massage firms the skin, cleanses pores, and intensifies blood flow.
