The heat source is an electric stove with hot stones, to which water is poured to momentarily humidify the air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The best effect of the sauna is achieved when hot and cold alternate \u2013 after taking the steam, the body should be cooled with cold water.
