Finnish sauna

In the Finnish sauna, the air is hot and dry (70°C). The heat source is an electric stove with hot stones, to which water is poured to momentarily humidify the air.

The best effect of the sauna is achieved when hot and cold alternate – after taking the steam, the body should be cooled with cold water. The body can be refreshed under the shower in front of the sauna, and relaxation is completed by a pleasant swim in the pool.
